WJX-500 — UV Ink & Coating Diluent
Multi-Functional Active Diluent (TMPTA-Based)

A reactive diluent engineered for UV curable ink and coating systems. Unlike solvent diluents, it participates fully in the UV crosslinking reaction — no volatile residue, no solvent smell, no compromise of cured-film performance. Adjusts viscosity for screen, pad, spray, roller and curtain coating while raising crosslink density, hardness and abrasion resistance.

Solids ≥ 98% 100% reactive · zero VOC residue Raises hardness & abrasion resistance System-compatible, no separation MOQ 100 kg · 1 kg samples

Dosing Discipline — What Our Engineers Will Tell You

Over-dilution is the most common failure mode. Here is the same guidance we give before shipping.

Stay in the 5–10% window

Balances flow and film performance. Beyond 15% only for special low-viscosity processes; hard cap 20%.

Never mix chemistry blindly

Acrylate diluents are for solvent-free / solvent UV systems — cross-mixing causes separation and cure failure.

Metallic inks: no-go

Conventional UV diluents destabilize metallic pigments — loss of gloss, color shift, storage separation.

Store away from light

Sealed, dark and cool, far from UV sources and heat to prevent premature gelation.

Industrial-grade raw material. Gloves and eye protection recommended; ensure ventilation. SDS available on request.
